Nature's Discovery Trail Run- "Incomparable" - Test run experience
Incomparable, that's all he needs to say, aside from the breath taking view at the peak (of-course it is really breathtaking after a steep and slippery trail) it was also the feel of being with nature. Having this experience with the rest of the bloggers of the running community is overwhelming as the view of the peak overwhelmed me. The experience is very different from my Corregidor Trail run, the fact that this is a pure trail run, just think about you will be having a day hike/trek with the route. Steep, muddy, slippery downhill and uphill, crossing rivers and wet shoes are just the things that you will be expecting but all of those are what we need to appreciate nature.
Here are some of the pictures of the trail route:

I shouldn't have wear shorts KATIIII! What to wear: Thights, arm warmers or long socks, just like what Jared and Neil is wearing (see photo below)

Its an hour drive going to Brgy.San Andres Tanay Rizal, that is if you have your own vehicle which is very much suggestible. Upon entering the barrio coming from the main road expect rough road so make sure your vehicle can withstand it. The locals of San Andres will welcome you with a warm smile. You can either setup camp before race day or stay overnight on a nearest hotel/resort like Momarco. Then come race day just enjoy the breeze, fog and all nature's way of welcoming those who appreciate.
It was a great 5km run/hike/trek!

Pagbabalik? - Nature's Trail Discovery Run 2012 1st Leg
To be able to run again or not are the question that ar erunning thru my head all the time. My planned race from my previus posts (TNF and Run Unilab) hindi nagkatotoo. It's been 4 months and still wala parin akong maisip na makaka pag-drive sakin tumakbo ulit. From every other day run to once a week run hanggang sa wala nang run, hindi ko na ulit alam pano uumpisahan. Kung kelan pa marami nakong makakasama tumakbo tsaka pako nagka-ganito. I loose weight as in underweight na, hindi na akma para sa height ko, actually one reason to bakit di pako bumabalik sa takbo, takot akong bigla nalang mahimatay at umeksena sa kalye plus the fact na sobrang inet ngayon, its either magstart ako ng maaga like 4 or 5am which is impossible because my shift ends at 6am or tumakbo before shift which is hassle naman. Thought of running during weekends pagising ko pag off, prepared my gears, set my alarm, but then ang nangyari lang eh i-snooze ko ang alarm ko.
Come April an Angel came hehehe (Jared) He sent an email invitation about this Trail Run at Tanay Rizal, as a blogger I am invited for a test run this May 6 then will have a free race kit for the race day on May 27.
I think this is it, eto na yun, eto na yung senyales na bumalik na ko sa takbo. This will also be a great time to enjoy running and enjoy the view at the same time. Time to unwind and have time for myself. Nakaka-miss din ung takbo ka lang nang takbo yung wala kang iniisip and nawawala lahat ng nagba-bother sayo. I need this!
